Is it possible to fix the gelcoat on my Luhrs 320 Open?

Place your bets. will it shine up? or will I need to repaint the entire boat? In this episode i go through the stages of buffing the gelcoat. add new struts to the engine hatch. groan a bunch. and become sad.... ENJOY!
