A lot happens in this part. Though there's no way to know of course, I'd imagine we're about 70% of the way to the end of this game. I'm admittedly concerned about the computer seen in the derelict room. If broken, it may be a large issue for me. I'll attempt to ask the developer of this, but I can't promise I'll get an answer, especially with how long ago this game was made. Addendum: apparently one of the developers that worked on this is the guy who also made Horse Race Tests??? Only seeing this after searching up more info on the game.
