Stream Sounds for Sleep | 10 Hours, Black Screen

Ten hours of a stream over rocks with the screen dark, for a bedroom where any light is too much. At the start you see the painting, a mountain stream under a full moon, with a wooden footbridge, for two minutes. Then it dims to black across the next forty-five seconds or so. The sound does not change when the picture goes. The audio is three long running-water recordings layered together, with no music, no rain and no voice. The recordists are credited at the foot of this text. Painted version, with the stream in view the whole time: Stream Sounds for Sleep, 10 Hours by a Mountain Stream at Night. Ambience for sleep, study and rest — not medical or mental health advice. If you're struggling, please talk to a doctor or a qualified professional.
