A Drone Hit A Refinery 15km From The Kremlin | Iran's Engineers Are On The Hills Above Bab al-Mandab

Fourth one today, and this is the one where the whole week finally makes sense to me. Last night Ukraine hit the Gazprom Neft refinery in Kapotnya — that's 15km from the Kremlin. It supplies something like 40% of Moscow's fuel. Zelensky named eleven systems used in one night, including one called Pelican that nobody had heard of before, and Alpha drones that flew over 500km through Russian air defences. Moscow's mayor says more than 1,600 drones were shot down, 450 of them heading for the capital. All of this on day three of Russia's parliamentary election. Two people died in the Moscow region. In the same 24 hours a Russian drone hit a house in the Kyiv region and killed a woman and three children. Both sides, ordinary people. Now hold that next to what I told you this morning. Sirens over Riyadh. A fuel tank burning next to the airport. And Saudi Arabia going around asking France, Britain, Pakistan and Egypt for interceptors because it's running out. Russia and Saudi Arabia — one with a huge army, one with the most expensive kit money can buy — and both skies going through the same thing. Then the story almost nobody picked up. AFP reported that IRGC experts toured Mokha port, the airport, and the hills above Bab al-Mandab. Tunnels being dug. Radar planned for Zuqar Island. And the sources for that?
