First start 1962 Cooper cyclo-mo 21-62 mower

Found this old Cooper mower on market place. It hasn't run in several years and in this video I get it running for the first time in years. The original engine was replaced with a 1975 3.5hp Briggs and Stratton dual shaft engine.
