A Person Can be Arrested even after Anticipatory Bail Order! Basically when an anticipatory Bail order is passed by a Hon'ble Court then it becomes mandatory for the Applicant to furnish Bail Bond as per the order of the Hon'ble Court. So arrest of the Applicant/Accused and furnishing of the Bail Bond is a simultaneous process. Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (In short CrPC).
