992 GT3RS Twin Turbo on Nordschleife

Where do I start…I had an opportunity over the summer to experience the Nurburgring Nordschleife for the first time in a 992 GT3RS with an aftermarket Twin Turbo kit. And also a very loud after market exhaust system! Unfortunately, the exhaust system was too loud and broke the 130db sound limit straight away. Because of this I couldn’t push the car over 6k rpm and had to drive around breaking the sound, including driving around a badly tuned TT system. This limited the number of laps to just 10 over two days. This lap is the last lap (tenth) and is a 7.55 BTG. If I could have pushed and had a few more laps over those two days I think I could have gotten below 7.30. Regardless, amazing times were had and it’s always an adventure no matter what happens! The ring is bonkers. You have to experience it at least once in your life. Sim is cool, but nothing like the green hell. I’ll definitely be back next year at some point…
