Welcome to Milos, Greece! 🇬🇷☀️ Come along as we explore the beautiful Greek island of Milos, from its incredible beaches and traditional fishing villages to some of the best Greek food we had on our summer holiday. Milos is such a special island, with colourful seaside villages, crystal-clear water and some truly unforgettable landscapes. We spent our time discovering beautiful spots, eating our way around the island and enjoying everything this little corner of Greece has to offer. If you're planning a trip to Milos, here are some of our favourite places and recommendations from our visit! 🍽️ WHERE TO EAT IN MILOS 📍 O! Hamos! Tavern A lovely traditional Greek taverna that's definitely worth adding to your Milos itinerary. 📍 Medusa Restaurant We tried the octopus here, and it was so good! A brilliant spot to enjoy some Greek food. 📍 Vlahos If you're looking for delicious gyros, this is one to remember. Some seriously good Greek food! 🏖️ PLACES TO VISIT IN MILOS 📍 Klima Fishing Village One of the prettiest places to visit in Milos, famous for its colourful traditional fishermen's houses right on the water. It's an absolute must-see, even if the sea has flooded the walkway! Just take your shoes off and embrace it. 📍 Firopotamos Beach (Paralia Firopotamos) A gorgeous beach with beautiful clear water. Definitely one to add to your list if you're looking for places to swim and relax. 📍 Sarakiniko Beach (Moon Beach) One of the most incredible landscapes in Milos, with its famous white volcanic rock formations that look like the surface of the moon. My biggest recommendation is to wake up early and visit for sunrise. It's absolutely worth the early alarm! ⛵ DON'T MISS A BOAT TRIP! If there's one thing you absolutely must do when visiting Milos, it's a boat day trip! Exploring the island from the water is such a brilliant experience and one of the best ways to appreciate its beautiful coastline.
