Kintecus 3D Chemnet Viewer ================================== 1) View your chemical network in 3D ! Create "*.gv" files by adding the "-chemnet" flag to your Kintecus model and load that in. BONUS: Add the "-SENSIT:1" flag and view the NSA files (the arrows) in time ! EXTRA BONUS: Then add a concentration file to animate the nodes. 2) Examples are in ".\Kintecus\GUI_sample_data_for_GUIS\" folder. Point the viewer to and load each "*.gv" file into it. Once a *.gv file is load, load in their corresponding NSA matrices "..\FOLDER\" in the same directory path to ANIMATE the arrows then (optional) load the appropriate CONC.TXT file to animate the cubes ! 3) There is a small manual "Kintecus_3D_Chemnet_UserGuide.pdf" is in "./Kintecus" folder.
