Her Office Moves Between Two Cities | Offscript EP 6

What does fully remote work actually look like when your life takes you between Toronto and Calgary? Daron Byerly sits down with Chantal DeSantis, Director of Corporate Affairs at Gradient MSP, for an Offscript conversation about remote work, flexibility, and the culture behind Gradient. Chantal shares how she manages a mobile office across two cities, how working remotely has shaped her day-to-day life, and why flexibility can make such a difference when work isn't tied to a specific desk or location. The conversation also gets personal. Chantal recently got married, and her husband just happens to be a fellow Gradient employee. From navigating remote work to finding a balance between career and personal life, it’s a look at Chantal beyond her role and at some of the people and culture that make Gradient what it is. 🎙️ Hosted by Daron Byerly 🎥 Featuring Chantal DeSantis, Director of Corporate Affairs at Gradient MSP Learn more about Gradient MSP: https://meetgradient.com #Offscript #GradientMSP #RemoteWork #MSP #WorkCulture #MSPCommunity
