How We Experienced Avatar Mountain in Low Season.

Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is renowned for its unique sandstone pillars, which inspired the film "Avatar" and are often called the "Avatar Mountains". Avoid the crowds by going in Januray (Low Season) and experience this magical place when covered in snow, but remember to wrap up well. We only had time to visit the Avatar Mountains and Tianmen Mountain (Heaven's Gate), which we covered in our previous video.
