Scratch Built Traffic Barriers & Warning Lights (ESP32 Controlled) | Ħal-Zuzzu Model Railway (Ep 87)

This episode shows the installation of a fully scratch-built level crossing on the Ħal-Zuzzu model railway. The traffic barriers and warning signals were designed and 3D printed, then carefully assembled and wired with tiny LEDs inside each signal. Everything is controlled using an ESP32, programmed to operate the flashing lights and barriers in sequence, just like a real crossing. This project combines electronics, 3D printing, and model railway automation to bring the scene to life.
