"Banished" in 2026 (Cozy town builder gaming)

a "cozy" gameplay video and introduction to the game "Banished". an old game from ~2014 made by from what i remember a single guy. Banished is a nice little cozy town building game where you have to manage the needs of your town, such as population growth, tool making, clothing, food, firewood, housing and much more. in the game you settle a wild landscape near a trade route. supposedly your people were "Banished", as the title says, and you're trying to make a living off the land. playing on hard mode, you don't have any crop seeds or animals, meaning you have to survive off of the land until you can manage to get a trader to trade you the seeds you want to plant. until then, your little group will hopefully thrive and build a functioning town... and nothing bad could ever happen to them.......
