My Official Return To Basketball... (first workout)

I am officially making a return to basketball after being away with a shoulder injury for quite some time now. I am not able to compete yet but I will be cleared soon! I am a little out of shape and a bit behind but give me a few months of being relentlessly locked in and I will be ready for some 5s... Today isn't a day that I'm worried about going extremely hard or pushing beyond my limits. This is mainly because I was finally cleared to workout and I was dying to put up some shots and see the ball go today. Thank you all for watching.. follow me on IG for updates @dfriga98
