Thermal Shock Resistance

I like to cook. You know what terrifies me about it though? Cleaning the dishes. Sometimes I need to reuse a pan in the middle of cooking, and I will have to clean it out while it is still hot. That is terrifying! If I cool it down to quickly, it will cause warping in the pan. If I am working with a glass dish, it can even cause it to shatter. This video helps explain why.
