Link to the Bootcamp: https://tinyurl.com/ytuv8txt The full stack developer roadmap for 2026 — seven steps, and the one shift that changed the job: AI is now part of the stack, not an add-on. Becoming a full stack developer got easier and harder at the same time. Easier because work that used to take two years now takes a few months with AI doing the typing. Harder because full stack alone stopped being enough — companies want someone who writes the frontend, the backend, understands the database, and can put AI inside that system properly. RAG, agents, LLM APIs, streaming: stack, not bonus. This is the whole path in seven steps, in the order worth learning them. Fundamentals nobody wants to do and everybody needs — HTTP, DevTools, CLI, Git. A TypeScript-first frontend and the six libraries that carry most of the weight. One backend language taken deep, with the event loop and streams that show up in every serious interview. The data layer, including the vector database that quietly joined the list. Then the AI layer in four levels — API calls, streaming, RAG done properly with real chunking strategy, and agents with MCP and evals. Shipping: Docker, CI/CD, deployment, and why tests matter more now, not less. And the last step, which matters more than the other six. The numbers behind it are less scary than the headlines: new grad hiring is down 65% from 2019, but engineers are now 55% of Big Tech hiring versus 46% back then. Frontend-only roles fell 25%. AI/ML roles rose 39%. Postings that mention AI skills pay about 28% more. The bar moved; the jobs did not disappear. Timeline: 6 to 9 months honest work from zero. Already a developer? Steps 4, 5 and 7 are yours, and those take about two months. Being an ex-software engineer at Amazon and ex-founding member at Coding Ninjas, I've seen which skills teams actually hire for and which ones only sound impressive on a resume. This is the roadmap I'd follow if I were starting from zero today. Sources for every number quoted in this video are in the pinned comment.
