Why NO ONE Should Have Survived Jurassic Park

In 1993, Steven Spielberg gave us a cinema masterpiece in Jurassic Park—a story of scientific hubris, iconic predators, and... some of the absolute luckiest human beings in cinematic history. While we all love Dr. Alan Grant, Lex, and Tim, the actual biology, physics, and predator behavior tell a completely different story. From the T-Rex’s insane visual acuity and smelling capabilities to hyper-intelligent Velociraptors suddenly forgetting how doors and kitchens work, the dinosaurs of Isla Nublar were robbed of a total victory. In this episode of Villains Who Should Have Won, we break down scene-by-scene why plot armor was the real apex predator on the island.
