Woman Builds PMAY House in 120 Days, Gets ₹45,000 Extra Incentive

#ଘର_କରିବାକୁ_ଅଧିକ_୪୫_ହଜାର ଆପଣ ଦେଖୁଥିବା ଏହି ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଥିଲା ଝୁପୁଡି ଘର। ହେଲେ ଏବେ ଠିଆ ହୋଇଛି ଖୁବସୁନ୍ଦର କୋଠା ଘରଟିଏ। ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଆବାସ ଯୋଜନାରେ ସାମିଲ ହୋଇ ୱାର୍କ ଅର୍ଡର ପାଇବାର ମାତ୍ର ୪ମାସ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଘର ନିର୍ମାଣ ଶେଷ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଏହି ମହିଳା ଜଣଙ୍କ। ଏ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି କନ୍ଧମାଳ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଫୁଲବାଣୀ ପୌରାଞ୍ଚଳ ୯ନମ୍ବର ୱାର୍ଡର ଗୋପାଳସାହିରେ ରହୁଥିବା ରୁନୁ ପ୍ରଧାନ। ଗତ ୮ବର୍ଷ ତଳେ ସ୍ବାମୀଙ୍କ ଦେହାନ୍ତ ପରେ ଦୁଇ ଝିଅଙ୍କୁ ଧରି ବହୁ କଷ୍ଟରେ ବାପଘର ପକ୍ଷରୁ ମିଳିଥିବା ଜାଗାରେ ଝୁମ୍ପୁଡି ଘରେ ରହୁଥିଲେ। ଗତବର୍ଷ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଫୁଲବାଣୀ ପୌର ପରିଷଦ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଆବାସ ଘର ଦେବା ପାଇଁ ଚୟନ କରାଯିବା ପରେ PMAY Phase -2 ରେ ୧୨ ଜୁନରେ ଆବାସ ଗୃହ ନିର୍ମାଣ ପାଇଁ ୱାର୍କ ଅର୍ଡର ଦିଆଯାଇଥିଲା। ୧୨୦ଦିନ ଭିତରେ ଅତି ସୁନ୍ଦର ଘରଟିଏ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବାରୁ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପ୍ରଶାସନ ଠାରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରି ସବୁଠି ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏପରିକି ଖୋଦ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ରୁନୁଙ୍କ ସହ ସିଧାସଳଖ କଥା ହୋଇ ଭୁରିଭୁରି ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ରୁନୁ ଧାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ସମୟ ସୀମା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଘର ଶେଷ କରିବାରୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ମିଳିଛି ଅଧିକ ୪୫ହଜାର ଆର୍ଥିକ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହନ ରାଶି। Runu Pradhan, a resident of Gopalsahi in Ward No. 9 of Phulbani Municipality in Kandhamal district, has completed the construction of her new house under PMAY Phase-2 within 120 days. After losing her husband eight years ago, Runu had been living with her two daughters in a hut on land provided by her parental family. She was selected for a housing scheme by Phulbani Municipality, and a work order for construction was issued on June 12. After completing the house before the stipulated deadline, she received an additional financial incentive of ₹45,000.
