Castlevaina Symphony of the Night and Chill - Relics Randomized

It is time for me to finally test and see if the voice is healed. Since it's spooky month I wanted to do a run of Castlevaina Symphony of the Night. We also are going to do a relic randomizer so we get a smidge of a new experience. This is one of the best games and I'm super excited to play it again as we do nearly every year.
