Maxroll.gg is extremely awesome. They have a team of people that know WAY more than me and play WAY better than me. That being said, I would not consider this an S Tier build. If someone understands what I'm missing here then please enlighten me. I think that mobility suffered due to the effort required to land attacks how I wanted them to land.
