3.28 MF Manastack Power Siphon CoC EK T17 Breach 5 orbs

Updated https://pobb.in/3MNx0FHms1nV Equipment: Kraken Needle - original lost. Existing copies are very pricey but it is the BiS. Replaceable with existing Glyph Spell(needs fixing trigger rate since it has different base) Shield - exists. Helmy - original lost(was mine..). Replaceable with similar with different enchants. Chest - still exists. Gloves - lost. Doubt any copies with cold exposure exist. Replaceable with any existing quant gloves. Boots - lost. Existing copies can be very price. Replaceable with any existing similar quant boots without bugged abyss socket. Ring - still exists. Belt + Amul - int implicit can be pricey af so i just take rarity. Clusters: Oblivion Curio - still exist. Gale Shine - original lost(was mine..), replaceable with any plug with Will Shaper. Spell leech as es also isn't mandatory here since Oblivion Solace exists. Map mods - I would recommend to avoid only new reduced flask effect mod. Mobs block chance just makes mapping slightly slower since our main damage is still spell. Also I take Runegraft of Time since Wine of the Prophet and Inspired Learning VERY OFTEN ruin our trigger rate by increasing attack speed.
