Choosing the Next DLC and Going through Nellis AFB | Playing New Vegas for the first time!

Please avoid spoilers. I am playing the game for the first time. It will be my first time trying Fallout New Vegas as a Fallout fan AND a strategy games player. I have modded the game slightly so it feels less clunky. We are only using "essential" mods, so quality of life, visuals and bug fixes/stability improvers.
