"The Power of Miracles" Pastor Brett

Miracles are necessary because the world still needs the gospel. While ever there are unreached people groups in the world, then there is the power of God to reach them with the gospel and with signs, wonders and miracles following His word. Matthew 10:7-8 says “As you go, preach, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand, Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons, freely you have received, freely give.” Miracles have an important purpose in bringing the gospel to the nations. They are a witness because miracles demonstrate the kingdom of God. “Seek ye first the kingdom,” well, the kingdom comes with power and is a demonstration of the love of God touching man’s need.
