I’m Almost 40. This Isn’t the Life I Planned.

My life looks very different from what I imagined. I’m living with my mother in Jamaica, raising my daughter, single by choice and working to build my business all while reajusting to life in Jamaica. Today, I’m turning on the camera and starting exactly where I am. I turn 40 next year, (in less than a year!) and I’m starting exactly where I am. I wouldn't necessarily say im starting over... im just figuring out my next chapter. In this first video, I’m sharing where I am, a little about what I’ve been through, and why I finally turned on the camera. I’ve spent enough time imagining the woman I want to become. Now I’m documenting the work of becoming her. I have given myself permission to become her. it all makes sense. no excuses. I am locked.... esp since youtube is changing the algorythm and said starting Feburary 2027 to require double the amount of watch hours to qualify for partnership program on youtube. everything going up. so i might as well put my videos up too lol Expect honest conversations about motherhood, business, confidence, life in Jamaica, and rebuilding before 40. This is my reintroduction: an honest look at motherhood, rebuilding, entrepreneurship, and becoming the woman I want to be before 40. I feel like its a race to 40... and im scared, unrprepared, and nervous but I’m documenting the journey as it happens.
