RECIPE: 200g unsalted butter, cold 100g light brown sugar 100g white sugar 2 eggs 200g all purpose flour 120g cake flour 1 tsp cornstarch 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 250g semisweet chocolate chips 200g walnuts US MEASUREMENT: 7/8 cup cold butter, cubed 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup white sugar 2 eggs 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour 1 cup cake flour 1 tsp. cornstarch 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips 1 3/4 cup walnuts NOTE: CAKE FLOUR SUBSTITUTE: For every 1 cup of all purpose flour, remove 2 Tbsp then add 2 Tbsp of cornstarch. You now have 1 cup of cake flour.
