Thank you guys for tuning in to Simply Dhol, your online resource for dhol lessons. This exercise video consists of 4 notes (bols), which are Dha, Na, Ge, Na. It is played in thirty-second notes, which are likely going to be the greatest subdivision you will play on the dhol. There are eight 32nd notes for every quarter note pulse. For every quarter note, you play "Dha, Na, Ge, Na" two times. For every eighth note, you play "Dha, Na, Ge, Na" one time. If you're just starting off, I recommend you watch the following lessons/tutorials: How To Hold The Sticks! (Ft.
