Two teams race across Italy by train, using only their languages | On Track Episode 1

Four Coffee Break language experts, two teams, and a five-day race across Europe by train. In Episode 1 the race starts in Italy. At every stop: language challenges. In this episode the teams order coffee in ten languages and take on a tongue twister. Before every journey: coins for the next ticket. Every challenge is worth coins, and coins buy the ticket to the next destination. At the end of every day: a race to the finish line. The team with the most wins over the five days takes the overall title. Team Green: Francesca (Italian) and Pablo (Spanish) Team Blue: Max (French) and Thomas (German) Presented by Coffee Break founder Mark, who sends the teams off each morning and waits for them at the finish line. 0:00 Welcome to On Track 0:20 Meet the teams and today's destination 1:01 How the race works 2:51 Venice, the first stop 3:15 The checkpoint and the challenge draw 5:46 Challenge: the person behind the mask 6:27 Challenge: Italian adjectives in the wild 14:10 Challenge: the ultimate coffee break, in ten languages 15:22 Challenge: statue pose and tongue twister 19:44 Challenge: the house of cards 22:02 A word from Teachable 23:02 Next stop: Verona 24:46 A change of plan in Venice 26:15 Verona 26:55 Challenge: the touristy photo 28:36 Challenge: research at the Verona Arena 31:13 Team Blue in Verona 35:25 Challenge: a love poem near Juliet's balcony 37:28 The race back to the station 39:23 Milan and the finish line 40:26 The tiebreaker quiz 42:58 End of day one 43:43 What's next There's a new episode here every Sunday at 5pm UK.
