10 Times a Reddit Post Solved a Crime How's it gong yall? Today is the first of the month! Its September and, we're looking at Reddit posts that ended up mattering far more than anyone expected. The cases on this video include a power strip taken apart after it blew a fuse, with a SIM card and a microphone wired inside it, post-it notes appearing in a locked apartment nobody else had a key to, a college student's genealogy project that put a name back on an unmarked grave in Ohio after forty years, and a stranger's description of a gray rental car parked near a campus. Some of these led somewhere. Some of them didn't, and we've said which is which. This video does not show or describe the violence involved in these cases. Where an investigation is still open or a case has not been decided in court, we say so and treat the people involved as innocent until proven otherwise.
