I Stayed a Little Longer | From Work Trip to Kundasang — Chapter 4

Another work trip. Another airport. Another city. This time, the journey takes me from Labuan to Kota Kinabalu, with emails, online meetings, customer visits, coaching the sales team, and the usual rhythm of life on the road. Work has a way of taking me to places I might never visit otherwise. But after the work was done, I wasn't quite ready to fly home. So I stayed a little longer. I headed up to Kundasang, where the pace changed completely — from airports, meetings and hotel rooms to mountain views, forest trails, waterfalls and hot springs. There were quiet moments, a simple dinner with a breathtaking view, a few unexpected new friends, and plenty of time to just enjoy being somewhere else. No calls. No meetings. Just the sound of nature. Sometimes, the trip doesn't really begin until the work is done. This is Chapter 4 of #LifeAsAMedRep — a little bit of work, a little bit of travel, and a little more time to explore.
