EQUIPPING SUNDAY SERVICE | BURN OUT OR BREAKTHROUGH | LBS | 20.09.2026

Today’s Equipping & Empowerment Sunday gave us honest conversations and practical wisdom for navigating pressure in marriage, work, personal life, and church. A few reminders from today: 1. Know when to pause and rest 2. Don’t carry everything alone, ask for help. 3. Make room for God even in busy seasons. 4. Recognise that rest is not weakness; it can be part of the breakthrough. We came to be equipped, and we’re leaving empowered to live with greater wisdom, balance, and purpose. #equippingsunday #moliservices #cityoflifech #burnoutorbreakthrough #sundayservice 13h
