Gran Turismo 2 - Playthrough Part 17 - Super Touring Trophy

Gran Turismo 7 is expected to come out in the first half of 2021 for PS5, so I want to try to do a full playthrough of all the previous Gran Turismo games until then. Here you can see me completing the Super Touring Trophy in the simulation mode of Gran Turismo 2. After that I moved to PC though, so I never got to play GT 4-6. Before GT7 I want to try to revisit GT 1-3 and also play through GT 4-6 for the first time. I am not sure if I will manage to get all of it done but I will see how far I can get. The Super Touring Trophy features touring cars like the ones in the Toca games (and a random Honda Civic, which I will put in its place at some point during the video :P). I am using the green Renault Laguna that was used by Alain Menu in the 1998 BTCC season. Each of the 5 races in this cup has the same 3 possible reward cars with Tom's Supra, the TRD 3000GT and the Camaro Anniversary. The TRD was one of the most rare cars in GT1 but here it's a lot easier to get. In the next video I will do the final IB license event with the GT300 championship.
