The Ultimate Phi Phi Experience: Diving, Maya Bay & Fire Shows

Our time in the Phi Phi Islands turned out to be way more than just a typical beach trip! We started off with a scuba trip. We saw so many jellyfish, numerous schools of fish, and even a shark! We also rented a private long tail boat ride, which gave us a chance to explore the islands at our own pace before heading out on Bob’s Booze Cruise later on. From there, things only got better. We snorkeled in some of the clearest water we have ever seen, surrounded by marine life that honestly did not look real. Monkey Beach was just as wild as it sounds, and getting to see the monkeys up close was special, and maybe a little scary. Visiting Maya Bay, the spot made famous by The Beach, felt surreal, and Pi Leh Lagoon might have been one of the most beautiful places of the entire trip. I never wanted to get out of that water. At night, the island had a completely different energy. We watched fire shows on the beach, somehow ended up doing limbo under a flaming bar, and even watched people jumping with a burning rope. In between all of that, we still found time to relax and enjoy our pool (even a night swim) and take it all in. This trip had a bit of everything and easily became one of our favorite stops in Thailand!
