This video introduces Hyatt Ziva Cancun, which we visited in late October 2025. 저희 가족은 이번이 여섯 번째 칸쿤 여행입니다. This was our family’s sixth trip to Cancun. 그동안은 호텔존 안의 Paradisus, Hilton 등을 이용했지만 We’ve previously stayed at resorts like Paradisus and Hilton in the hotel zone, 이번엔 처음으로 하이얏트 지바를 선택했습니다. but this was our first time at Hyatt Ziva. 🌊 1. 바다 / The Beach 호텔 왼쪽 해변은 접근성이 좋고 분위기가 최고입니다. The left-side beach has great access and an amazing vibe. 파도가 잔잔하고 얕아서 스노클링도 가능합니다. The waves are calm and shallow—perfect for snorkeling. 하지만 다른 호텔존보다 칸쿤 특유의 파란색이 약합니다. However, the ocean color is less vivid than other hotels in the zone. 오른쪽 바다는 파도도 없고 매력적이지 않습니다. The right-side beach lacks waves and isn’t worth the visit. 한국인 관광객이 정말 많습니다. You’ll see a lot of Korean tourists here. 🍽️ 2. 식당 / Dining 음식은 고급스럽고 퀄리티가 높습니다. The food is refined and high quality. 커피숍과 디저트 공간도 잘 되어 있습니다. Coffee and dessert areas are well-designed. 하지만 뷔페 종류가 적고 대기시간이 깁니다. However, the buffet selection is small and wait times are long. 전체적으로 ‘칸쿤 바이브’보단 고급스러움이 강합니다. Overall, it feels more elegant than tropical. 💁 3. 서비스 / Service 체크인 분위기가 다소 밋밋했습니다. Check-in lacked excitement and warmth. 손목밴드 대신 카드키를 사용하는 점은 아쉬웠습니다. The use of key cards instead of wristbands was disappointing. 직원 방문 빈도도 낮고, 멤버십 광고가 많았습니다. Staff service was infrequent, and membership promotions were excessive. 🏨 4. 시설 / Facilities 숙소와 식당은 깔끔하고 세련된 디자인입니다. Rooms and restaurants are clean and stylish. 하지만 입장 시 웅장함이 부족하고 모기가 많았습니다. However, the entrance lacked grandeur, and there were many mosquitoes. 건물 간 거리가 멀어 이동이 다소 불편합니다. Buildings are spread out, so moving around can be inconvenient. 🏝️ 총평 / Overall 가족 여행에는 안정적이고 세련된 리조트입니다. It’s a calm, elegant resort for family travelers. 하지만 칸쿤 특유의 강렬한 색감과 열정을 원한다면 But if you seek Cancun’s vivid ocean and energy, 다른 호텔존 리조트를 추천드립니다. you might prefer a resort in the main hotel zone.
