Today we’re spending another peaceful morning at Lap Le Hill Farm, surrounded by thousands of chickens across our hillside farm in rural Vietnam. From checking the flock to feeding the birds and making sure everything is running smoothly, these simple routines are part of everyday poultry farming. As the morning begins, we move through different areas of the farm and spend time with the large chicken flocks. Each group needs regular attention, clean water, enough feed, and careful observation. Caring for thousands of chickens is a steady part of daily poultry farming life. One of the things we enjoy most is watching the chickens move naturally around the hillside farm. Some stay close to the chicken houses while others explore the outdoor areas, creating the peaceful rhythm that makes poultry farming here so special. Even on a quiet morning, there is always something to check around the farm. Looking after such a large flock requires patience, consistency, and daily care, which are all important parts of responsible poultry farming.
