Depak Lal is the Business Development Manager for the Glasgow Observatory. In this presentation, Depak will be describing the Observatory and outlining opportunities to use the facilities. The Glasgow Observatory is a publicly funded facility providing a safe environment to develop equipment, systems and solutions to be used in mine water heating, cooling and thermal storage projects. This could be a key shallow geothermal technology in the UK that uses ground source heat pumps to make a contribution to addressing the challenge of decarbonised heating for our buildings.
