I’ve done hundreds and hundreds of hours of interviewing and telling the stories of others. Now it's my time to share my story, the things you don’t know as I begin the process of unpacking those layers. My struggles with anxiety, depression, grief and sleep apnea, and how I finally found the proper healing. Going the first 31 years of my life not breathing when I was sleeping, but through the healing process I have, with the last 2 months, begun to enjoy a sharp cognition and mental clarity unlike ever before.
