Ep. 6 - Irish Luthier builds a Custom Les Paul - How to carve a guitar neck with the Facet Method

Welcome to Episode 6 of my Les Paul build. In this episode, we’re installing aluminium side marker dots and then working through the Facet Method for carving the neck - all fully explained as we go along for anyone new to guitar building or Luthiery. This is a guitar I'm building for myself, it's going to have Rammstein signature Fishman pickups, a Floyd Rose, 24 frets, 14" radius, flamed maple top with a beautiful ebony fingerboard and much much more. This guitar is also part of the Jurg's Cup (#jurgscup) - where a group of Luthiers are building hollow body or chambered guitars to honor the memory of fellow builder Jurgen Zoller.
