PACIFIC CREST TRAIL 2022: Hiker Town to Tehachapi, Mile 517.6-558.5

May 25-27, 2022 Hiker Town was a necessary respite in the hot, dry desert. Finding old friends and meeting new ones made this place a hub with many hikers. The LA Aqueduct was long but I hiked it in the early evening, through most of the night and into the next morning which made it much easier. This whole area starts to pick up wind, as turbines become common structures all around.
