We look at the route and discuss how improved road infrastructure could make movement easier between Enugu, Nsukka, and communities along the corridor. 📍 Nike Lake Resort and Tourism: The Enugu State Government partnered with Landmark Africa Group to redevelop Nike Lake Resort. Landmark pledged to attract up to two million visitors to Enugu annually. The resort has also introduced the Landmark Upside Down House, the first of its kind in South-East Nigeria and the second in West Africa. These developments could create more opportunities for tourism, hospitality, and local businesses. 📍 Real Estate Investment in Enugu: As property prices in established parts of Enugu become more challenging for some buyers, developing areas with access to the city and basic amenities are worth exploring. We discuss why buyers may want to pay attention to locations along this corridor. 📍 Drive-Through to Hosanna Estate, Ibagwa Nike: The journey ends at Hosanna Estate, a Buy & Build estate where you can explore land-buying opportunities and plans for building your own home.
