I'm doing 20,000 steps a day for 30 days, and the hardest part isn't the walking. It's figuring out where 4 to 5 hours of steps are supposed to fit when you're already working 7 days a week and some days don't end until 9 PM. This is day 7, and I'm still figuring it out in real time.
In this video I'm walking you through exactly how I'm breaking my steps into smaller chunks throughout the day, what I tried first that completely didn't work, and the mindset shift that's actually keeping me going when motivation ran out after day one.
If you're on your own movement challenge or thinking about starting one, drop it in the comments. I want to know how many steps a day you're getting in. Subscribe if you want to follow along for the full 30 days.
