2026 European Team Championship

Poland, Scotland, Ireland, Wales and England contested the European Nations Team Championship at Wednesfield Cycle Speedway Club in July 2026. The quintet from Poland were one of the Favourites which included previous Polish Champion Dawid Bas and 2026 European Open Silver Medallist Kosma Syrkowski & Bronze Medallist Patryk Kriger. Radoslaw Morawiak and Piotr Jamroszczyk are also fantastic riders. England's line up was spectacular from 1 to 5, New British Champion Ben Clarke, Noah Woodhouse, Paul Heard and World Champion Lewis Brinkhoff, plus the luxury of Kenzie Bennett at reserve!! Mainstays of Ireland, Messrs Matt Hill, Porter and Norton were back, but the new addition of Tom Colling and Leon Penketh have made the Shamrocks a formidable Team! Wales included former British Champions and top talents Mark Carmichael and Ben Mould, and with Ryan Jones, Sean Bennett & Tom Alexander included, could quite easily upset the podium results. Scotland have the fast emerging Kayden Davidson and the vast experience of Luke Draisey. Jake Slight, Jake Ferguson and Kyle Holland always wear the flower of Scotland with pride.
