Los Boliches is a neighborhood in the municipality of Fuengirola, on the Costa del Sol, distinguished by its wide, dark-sand beach, promenade, wide range of services, family-friendly atmosphere, and a lovely market held on Tuesdays and Saturdays. It's an area with a strong fishing tradition and is now a full-fledged tourist destination. The name "Los Boliches" comes from the frequent presence of "boliche" boats (a type of vessel) in its port. The current neighborhood was historically an old fishing village that formed a population center separate from Fuengirola, but due to urban growth in the area, it is now fully integrated into the town of Fuengirola. It is undoubtedly one of those peaceful places where you can enjoy the sea, the sun, and the atmosphere of the Costa del Sol.
