This year has been a beautiful and intense ride. Lately my soul has been calling me home - and by that I don‘t mean a physical place. Reconnecting deeply with myself. Coming back to my practices, sitting in silence and meditation, centering my mind. It seems to me like it‘s more important than ever, in a world that seems to move faster and faster. Stepping back from everything for a while.
