I Made DELICIOUS Dog Treats for my pups!

1'st of October!! 🎃 and I’M MAKING HOMEMADE DOG TREATS!! 🐶🍪❤️✨ Today’s DIY project is a little different… because this time, I’m making something for my two most important critics🥹❤️ Psycho & Columbo are getting HOMEMADE DOG TREATS!! 🐶🐶🍪 ✨ CHAPTERS ✨ 00:00 | Intro 03:50 | Recipe #1 05:17 | Dad Joke! 11:49 | Psycho Taste Test 🐶 13:11 | Recipe #2 16:30 | Asking Cat for advice 23:21 | Final Taste Test 🐶 26:46 | Bloopers 😂 ⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻ 🐾Recipe #1🍪 ⏱ Preparation Time: Approx 10 minutes 🔥 Oven Temp 175°C / 350°F ⏱ Baking Time 20–25 minutes Ingredients 150 g whole wheat flour (approx. 1¼ cups) 1 jar (125 g / 4.4 oz) baby food (approx. ½ cup) – we used carrot (You can also use: wheat bran, spelt flour and/or rolled oats) ⚠️Important: Some ingredients must be avoided because they are toxic to dogs. These include onions, chives, garlic, bell peppers, grapes, raisins, avocado, chocolate, corn on the cob, macadamia nuts, and artificial sweeteners such as xylitol⚠️ Luckily, most baby food does not contain these ingredients, but always check the ingredients list carefully before using it. Instructions 1. Preheat your oven to 175°C / 350°F. 2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. 3. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until you have a firm dough. If necessary, add a little water or some extra flour until you reach a good consistency. 4. Roll out the dough to approximately 0.5 cm / ¼ inch thick. Dust the surface with a little flour to prevent the dough from sticking. 5. Cut the dough into approximately 20 equal-sized pieces. 6. Place the treats on the baking tray, leaving approximately 2 cm / ¾ inch between each treat. 7. Bake for 20–25 minutes. 8. Remove the tray from the oven and allow the treats to cool completely. Store the treats in a paper bag or an airtight container. They may become softer when stored, but they will still be delicious! ❤ You can also freeze the treats ⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻ 🐾 Recipe #2 🍪 1 banana, preferably overripe 1 large carrot, cooked and cooled ¼ celeriac (approx. 150 g / 5.3 oz), cooked and cooled 130 g ground meat (approx. ½–⅔ cup), thawed 1 egg 200 g wheat flour (approx. 1⅔ cups) If making shaped biscuits, you’ll need an additional 100–150 g (¾–1¼ cups) Instructions 1. Add the banana, cooked vegetables, egg, and ground meat to a food processor. Blend until you have a smooth purée. 2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Add the flour and mix well. The consistency should resemble a thick mash. 3. Spread the mixture into your molds and bake at 160°C / 320°F (fan-assisted) for approximately 30 minutes. 4. Continue drying the treats in a dehydrator or oven at 50°C / 120°F until they are completely dry and hard. 🍪 If making shaped biscuits: 5. Add more flour and knead the dough by hand until it is no longer sticky. 6. Roll out the dough to approximately 0.5 cm / ¼ inch thick. Dust the work surface and rolling pin with flour to prevent the dough from sticking. 7. Use cookie cutters to cut out your desired biscuit shapes. 8. Bake at 160°C / 320°F (fan-assisted) for approximately 20 minutes, or until the biscuits are crunchy. ⚠️Let the treats cool completely before giving them to your dog!⚠️ ⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻ But now comes the REAL question: 👀 WHICH RECIPE DID THEY LIKE BEST?!
