THE DEVIL NEVER GIVES YOU ANYTHING FOR FREE | Dag Heward-Mills

Bishop Dag tells the story of a man who visited a witch doctor to become a millionaire. The condition? Strip a chicken of its feathers, starve it for 21 days, scatter corn on the ground - however many grains the starving chicken leaves uneaten is how many years you get to enjoy the money. The devil never gives anything for free. From there he moves to three young women singing in a church choir in Holland, legally bound as prostitutes by a covenant they signed, unable to stop until someone pays their debt. That is exactly what a Redeemer does, he says - and Jesus walked into the marketplace of this world and paid for every one of us with His own blood.
