The application by former personal assistant of the then Free State Premier Ace Magashule in a bid to have her arrest declared unlawful has been dismissed with costs. 37-year-old Moroadi Cholota is facing fraud and corruption charges in relation to the R255 million asbestos roof removal scandal in Free State. Cholota, who was extradited from the United States, is out on R2 500 bail. She is accused of fraud and corruption, among other charges, alongside her former boss Magashule, businessman Edwin Sodi and others. Let's speak to SABC News Reporter Ishmael Modiba.
