Carla must conquer the Royal Navy dunker or be sent home. At Portsmouth Harbour, six Unbreakables face mud, cold and a sinking-ship simulator. Explorer Benedict Allen leads Angus (pro skier), Barnaby (distance runner and trainee opera singer), Iron Man Fraser, rugby player Matt, ex-boxer Dave and fitness instructor Carla into four days of elite Royal Navy training. Living aboard HMS Bristol under PT instructor Rob Hallam, the team starts with a high platform jump, a lake swim and a dry suit run at the Navy defense diving school. Carla’s lifelong fear of deep water resurfaces, sparking the ultimatum: if you don't do this, you will be broken. She finally steps off and fights to shore. At low tide, the crew slog across the stinking mud of Portsmouth Harbour to reach a casualty, learning the hard way that disobeying orders to wait for the team has consequences. In the Damage Repair Instructional Unit, they battle 120 pounds per square inch torrents and rolling decks to plug blast holes under emergency lighting, with Matt powering wedges home while Carla strains to keep her head above water. The dunker raises the stakes. Medic Dr Fee Ramsden rules Angus out on lung function and sidelines Fraser for asthma, but both remain in the competition. The rest must master HUET and the STAS air supply. Barnaby and Dave scrape through the capsize drill. Carla initially panics and unbuckles early, but regains control, follows the drill and escapes the inverted cabin to earn her pass. At the Royal Navy Leadership Academy, the field gun run tests strength and leadership across the Cliff and Kazim course. Dave is named best leader. In the final individual assault course with a 20 kg barrel, Angus takes the win in 6:20, Barnaby is second in 6:34, Matt third in 7:45, with Fraser 8:57, Dave 9:11 and Carla beating the cutoff at 11:43. All six survive Navy Week.
