RECIPE: TUNA FISH TINOLA 1. Tuna fish ( or any kind of fish you want) 2. ginger, tomato, Bell pepper,spring onions and lemongrass 3. salt and seasonings 4. malunggay okra and alugbati or any kind of vegetable that suits your taste. Procedure: 1. Prepare the necessary ingredients wash and clean then cut into desired sizes and shapes. 2. boil the water in a kettle and put salt and the seasoning ingredients 3. once boiled put the tuna fish and let it simmer then add seasonings for taste. 4. after a while in boiling and the fish is cooked. add the vegetable until it cooks then ready to serve.
