Silent Waters - A portrait of a canal without a race

It's 2021 and Devizes to Westminster is cancelled for a second year due to Covid, so we take a trip along the Kennet and Avon canal to try and keep the flame alive. This short film is our portrait of the canal at Easter, minus the race, to give you all a visual sense of what you would have experienced had the race been able to take place. To next year and beyond!
