Second time, he manipulated critical rate and damage, it is not obviou. But I am a Tifa solo speed run player, I have play FF7RB over 960 hours, I am very familiar with Tifa's damage and critical rate, I still found out suspicious points. Just use the cheater's bulid and solo many times, it is easy to be noticed that critical rate is not normal. The cheater doesn't deserve to be called a Tifa player.
